The state runs a gauge just upstream of Rincon. The URL is
http://www.dwr.state.co.us/surfacewater/data/detail_graph.aspx?ID=ARKWELCO
and the station description describes where it is.
Happy Spring !
: The Wellsville gauge is a little ways upstream from rincon. The Parkdale gauge is a few miles downstream. I suppose an average of the two would give the most accurate flow, but rincon isn't all that touchy on the flows. 700-900 is real nice. 900+ makes getting backup the eddy a bit more of a cardio workout, and from 300-650 is fun/decent but has yet to be proved epic (i'm not ruling it out though!).
