Turns out it is a corran boat, and is called the road kill seal. It lead to a few other molded boats but now production models. They talked about it more on BT. still looks like it would be pretty neat to play with. Are there any plastic squirt boats still around? I would love to get my hands on one.

: It reminds me of the first boat Corran did for Perception a few years back. It actually was ahead of it's time. This was an attempt at serious bumps.
