wanting to get a new boat

having paddled the whirld a few times, it seems like a good decision because it is the right size for my inseam, but my feet felt like they were past the foot bumps. it also felt like it lacked the speed i needed for getting up a few eddy lines. which is why i thought wisper would be a better choice. only problem being that my inseam is 30.5. am i too short for the wisper. also i have been in a bigfoot for the past 2 years. help!
