Looks like we have rain starting on the 9th with temps in the high 50s. (Knoxville)

For The Y and Ghandi-
A good minimum for either is about 3 ft on the Little (Sinks to Elbow et al) Its low right now but a good steady rain can bring it up. They both have a big water shed. If the Y is high- go upstream 300yds on the river left fork- Ghandi is under the first bridge.

As for Cowbell

We took a trip up there a few weeks ago. Air temp was in the high 30s and we were way too cold to dip. The water is snow melt for the mast part and is almost unbearable. After 2 rides it was necessary to get out and warm up by the fire.
Look for the Noli to be 2000

Big South Fork of the Cumberland (TN)

Its a miniature Gauley. The rapids are just big enough to keep you on your toes. We figured 2000 is a good flow for the 3 mile stretch but the abriged version (1 mi) is good down to 1200.
This shuttle can be easily walked
I don't want to scare you but there are a couple of undercuts and sieves. If you see anything sketchy just stay in the flow and keep your bow up.
This place is a real playground-
good sinking
glassy waves for surfing
endless eddy lines

I'd tell you to call- but its UTs spring break and I'm outta here

Good Luck and hope for rain!
