Squirtboating near Dover afb DE???

Hi all I'll be in Dover de for a few weeks doing some training for the USAF, I was looking for places to possibly squirt, I'm from the Midwest and driving a few hours is nothing to get some good play, I also in the next few months will be stationed in Fairfield Cali if you know of any boating out there as well it would be quite helpful!
