I am looking for some feedback on the T-Bird. Got a chance at picking one up and just don't know much. Length? Decent beginner squirt boat for an otherwise experienced kayaker? So on, so forth.

Also looking for a biggerish boy boat. I am 6' about 31" inseam and around 200 lbs. Had a Bigfoot that was just too tight and looking for a good all around boat. I am in DC but get around when I can.

Thanks for looking and for helping me out.

Knowing what you want out of the boat helps, i.e., destination, downriver, etc.

Personally, I'd avoid the T-bird and hold out for either a more comfortable Bigfoot or the better case scenario, a Whisper.

I'm looking for an all around boat. Not interested in a pure downtime machine but more the "Fun Forever" style of paddling.

What's the main difference between the Bigfoot and Wisper as far as handling characteristics go? I picked up a T-Bird because it was the right price before I saw your reply. Was planning on adding volume as it barely floats me as it stands now. Still interested in other boat options...

Thanks for the reply.
