I recently just bought a very old Bigfoot to get into squirt boating. I was expecting it today and found a few very small leaks at the seams. I don't think it's a problem to worry about right away, but if I want to reseam it in the future where can a find some information on the process

Charlie Walbridge's Boatbuilders Manual will get you the proper start. It does not cover "re-seaming" per de but does detail seaming a new boat. Same concepts apply. You just have to make sure you remove enough of the old seams to get a good bond. If you are just concerned about some minor leaks you may not need to redo the inside seams. It can be a real pain to sand way up in the front of a boat. Also, sweet composites (Davey and Jennifer Hearn) are a great resource for supplies and info: sweetcomposites.com
